Everyone needs a little fun

As a team we have quite a few hobbies and key dates throughout the year, we just recently participated in a spot of Parapenting in the Alps.

Throughout the year you'll find us in a range of places over the globe doing a range of sports. If you fancy a go (a bit closer to home), there are some great places in and around London to go; wake boarding, sailing and snowboarding.

Making a difference

Getting involved is good, whether it's working with the Princes Trust or parading the Dorset coast on RNLI fun day with a bucket full of collection change.

If you look hard you might even find us at the annual Spitalfields pancake race, raising money for the London Air Ambulance (we won best dressed last year with our WD40 can costumes), so keep a close eye out for us next year.

Our approach

We pride ourselves on our innovative ideas, pragmatic methods and close working relationships with our clients.

We like to think part of our service involves adding extra value to each and every project in the form of advice on; strategy, budgets, technicalities and how to communicate with your target market.

Our location

You can find our office at the top end of Curtain Road in the vibrant area of Shoreditch, situated between Old Street and Liverpool Street Station.

With a large concentration of digital media firms in the surrounding areas, the location is rapidly becoming known as 'Silicon Roundabout' and is helping London to stake its claim as the digital heart of Europe.

On the first Thursday of every month the galleries and museums of East London open their doors late for a chance to see amazing art, culture and events after hours. With over 100 galleries and museums open until 9pm on First Thursdays there's always be something free and exciting to see.

Places we like

Shoreditch is a interesting and vibrant place. People we speak to, seem to either love or hate it. From the outlandish fashion styles and exciting art scene to the busy bars and nightclubs there's always something happening to turn your head.

If you're in the area, hover over the markers on the map and take a look at some of our favourite places to visit.

The strongroom Shoreditch

The night jar

If your looking for something a little different then the NightJar is the place to go. Inspired by the days of speakeasy bars, the Nightjar combines hard hitting cocktails with early 20th century decor.

The strongroom Shoreditch

Cyclelab

A regular spot for the members of our staff who cycle to work. Also a great place to grab a fresh juice or smoothie.

The strongroom Shoreditch

Yelo Thai Canteen

With so many great places to eat in the Shoreditch area, we're definitely spoilt for choice. However, if its curry your after then this is the place to go.

The strongroom Shoreditch

Electric showrooms

A great place to go for a pint and a bite to eat. We recommend the fish finger sandwiches!

The strongroom Shoreditch

The Bridge Coffee House and Bar

If you find yourself craving a fresh coffee, but are tired of your usual commercial coffee outlet then look no further. With its impressive display of copper machinery, golden trinkets and endless black and white photos the Bridge is a great place to escape for a drink.

The strongroom Shoreditch

Cargo

With free entry before ten and generally awesome beats being played, Cargo is perfect venue to rave the night away.

The strongroom Shoreditch

The Strongroom

Situated on Curtain Road and over the road from our office, The Strongroom is the perfect spot for an after work drink. It's especially nice in the summer time, with its outdoor drinking area.

The Brick Layers

The Brick Layers offers great value Thai food with the comfort and charm of a classic east end boozer. We recommended the Pad Thai!

Three threads is a best kept secret for those looking for hard to find fashion brands including Tenderloin (the most rare of Japanese labels).

The strongroom Shoreditch

Pure Evil Gallery

Pure Evil is a gallery space showcasing up and coming street artists in the Old Street / Shoreditch area with a really nice selection of limited edition prints for sale.

The strongroom Shoreditch

NoBrow

NoBrow is an independent publisher, selling beautifully illustrated books that showcase some incredibly talented illustrators. Definitely worth a browse.

Pizza by the Yard

It may be pricey but the pizza here is incredible! It's also a great place to sit outdoors if the sun is shining.

We love to collaborate

We've got a great team of guys and gals here under one roof which means we can pretty much cover everything within the design and production process.

Sometimes though collaboration can be the key to success, we've worked with a wide range of friends to help make our clients projects even more of a success, by utilising some of our friends and associates skills in PR, video production, games and App production we've had some great success over the past few years.

Who we are

We're a brand agency who create engaging graphic and digital experiences.

Located in the heart of East London's Shoreditch, we were established in 2007 and have quickly gained a reputation for our dedication, attention to detail and understanding of what clients need to say. We pride ourselves on producing visually captivating work which in turn delivers great results.

We sponsor various events throughout the year, for the second year running we're sponsors of both the prestigious Music Week Awards and the Rugby Expo event at Twickenham.

Events we go to

There are lots of things going on in and around London to keep us in the loop, it's always good to keep in touch with what's going on in the industry.

So where we can, we like to get involved and attend events such as Glug, PHP London, Skills Matter, the PHP Conference UK, Digital Shoreditch and Secret Wars. If you're in Dorset towards the summer you might even find us heading a discussion at Bournemouth University.

Music we like

Music plays a large part of our daily routine. From chilled out Monday mornings to 'ready for the weekend' Friday afternoons, we are constantly on the look out for tunes to match the mood of the office (often resulting in a frantic battle for control of the duke box). Here's a small selection of what's been playing recently.
